Grafton is the holder of 27 national
tennis titles (USTA and USPTA) and
7
International Tennis Titles (ITF) and
has a BS and MS in Sports
Science from UWF.

 Charlene
H. Grafton, RN, BS, MS, CCM is licensed
by the state of Florida as a Registered
Nurse and nationally certified as a Case
Manager. In Florida, she is an
Independent Contractor, Nurse Case
Manager. She was selected as Who’s Who
by American Colleges and Universities,
American Nursing and also by the
International Tennis Federation.
Also, she is a Veteran of the Army Nurse
Corps, First Lieutenant. Ms. Grafton has
demonstrated her natural leadership
style through volunteer work and
participation on various Boards of
Directors, such as the Louisiana Jaycee
Jaynes, Nevada Community Enrichment
Program, Southern Nevada Continuity of
Care Association, Florida’s Governors
Council on Physical Fitness and Sports,
Nevada Tennis Association, National
Senior Women's Tennis Association,
Health Insight (Medicare and Medicaid),
Emerald Coast Writers, and the Executive
Women’s Golf League. While Rehab
Director in 1993-4 at UMC in Las Vegas,
Ms. Grafton was awarded an honorary
degree for Physical Therapy from Dameon
College of New York for her work in
recruiting and supervising interns.
In addition, she has presented papers
and shown her teaching abilities by
speaking at local, state, regional,
national and international forums on a
variety of subjects, including teaching
techniques, lateral dominance, fitness
and case management. As a writer, she
has published two books about dominance
and researched in areas of coordination,
laterality, and sidedness from gifted to
learning disabilities/problems and
functional independence. Her work has
also appeared in trade magazines. Ms.
Grafton has disclosed no relevant
